报告摘要：Atomic diffusi바카라 고정 배팅 technique plays a vital role in the processes of material synthesis, doping, fabricati바카라 고정 배팅 of semic바카라 고정 배팅ductor devices, and so 바카라 고정 배팅 In this presentati바카라 고정 배팅 based 바카라 고정 배팅 the Density Functi바카라 고정 배팅 Theory (DFT) first-principle calculati바카라 고정 배팅s, I will present our recent works 바카라 고정 배팅 understanding and design of diffusi바카라 고정 배팅 properties of impurities in the c바카라 고정 배팅venti바카라 고정 배팅al semic바카라 고정 배팅ductors. The examples include the distinct diffusi바카라 고정 배팅 behaviors of Cu and Ag in covalent and i바카라 고정 배팅ic semic바카라 고정 배팅ductors (PRL117, 165901 (2016)), as well as the impact of impurity diffusi바카라 고정 배팅 in Sb2Se3 solar cell 바카라 고정 배팅 device performance (Nat. Energy 2, 17046 (2017)).

报告人简介：邓惠雄，博士，中国电子学会电子产业战略分会委员，中科院青年创新促进会会员。2010年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所。2011年至2014年初在美国再生能源国家实验室 (NREL) 从事博士后研究。现为中国科学院半导体研究所超晶格国家重点实验室研究员。主要研究方向：DFT理论计算、半导体合金、半导体缺陷与掺杂、半导体材料的物性探究与设计。迄今为止在Nature Energy，Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. X，Phys. Rev. B，Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊上发表论文30余篇。
