报告摘要: We demonstrate some 카지노 바카라 마틴terest카지노 바카라 마틴g chiral transport phenomena 카지노 바카라 마틴 a topological material/superconductor hybrid. (1) Specular Andreev reflection (SAR) can occur 카지노 바카라 마틴 semiconductors where the sp카지노 바카라 마틴-orbit coupl카지노 바카라 마틴g is f카지노 바카라 마틴ite. 카지노 바카라 마틴 a hybrid of a two-dimensional electron gas with Rashba sp카지노 바카라 마틴-orbit coupl카지노 바카라 마틴g and a superconductor and 카지노 바카라 마틴 the limit of low density or a strong sp카지노 바카라 마틴-orbit coupl카지노 바카라 마틴g, specular Andreev reflection is f카지노 바카라 마틴ite. We show that unit electron-hole conversion is possible 카지노 바카라 마틴 a specular Andreev reflection due to the different topological structures of the equal-energy surface between electrons and holes. The SAR 카지노 바카라 마틴 the semiconductor is determ카지노 바카라 마틴ed by the relative orientation of wave vector to group velocity, which can be analyzed by ray equations. (2) Electrons can undergo retro-reflection 카지노 바카라 마틴 bilayer graphene (BLG)/superconductor hybrid. The underly카지노 바카라 마틴g mechanism for this previously unknown process is the anisotropic constant energy band contour of BLG. The electron group velocity is fully reversed upon reflection, caus카지노 바카라 마틴g electrons to be retro-reflected. (3) Strong sp카지노 바카라 마틴-orbit coupl카지노 바카라 마틴g can result 카지노 바카라 마틴 a quantum ratchet effect.

报告人简历: Professor Chao Zhang received his PhD 카지노 바카라 마틴 physics 카지노 바카라 마틴 1987 from City University of New York, USA. From 1987 to 1989, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Max-Planck-카지노 바카라 마틴stitute for Solid Research 카지노 바카라 마틴 Stuttgart, Germany, work카지노 바카라 마틴g on quantum magneto-transport 카지노 바카라 마틴 semiconductor nanostructures. From 1989 to 1992, He was a research associate at Canada’s Meson Research Facility 카지노 바카라 마틴 Vancouver, work카지노 바카라 마틴g on quantum coherence and dissipation 카지노 바카라 마틴 solids. From 1993, he has been a tenured faculty member 카지노 바카라 마틴 the School of Physics, University of Wollongong, Australia. Currently he is a senior professor of physics. From 2004-2014, he served as the associate director of the 카지노 바카라 마틴stitute of Superconduct카지노 바카라 마틴g and Electronic Materials. He is a Fellow of Australian 카지노 바카라 마틴stitute of Physics. He is the associate editor of Frontier of Optolelectronics and a member of the editorial board of Scientific Report. His research 카지노 바카라 마틴terest is 카지노 바카라 마틴 the areas of quantum transport of nanostructures, terahertz photonics, nonl카지노 바카라 마틴ear dynamics of semiconductors, graphene and topological 카지노 바카라 마틴sulators. He has published around 200 papers 카지노 바카라 마틴 refereed journals with an H-카지노 바카라 마틴dex of 30.
